Guide and checklist

Per destination: one guide, one checklist.

You get them with every group trip, every individual trip and every travel plan. So you know in advance where your dog can come along and what to pack.

No searching, no surprises at the front desk.

Travelling with your dog is mostly research: which hotel really accepts dogs, where they are allowed inside and what the rules are on the train or plane. We have already done that research for every destination.

The guide tells you what you can do with your dog at your destination, and the checklist tells you what to arrange and pack beforehand. You get both with your booking or travel plan. Later they will also appear on this website, per destination.

The guide

What is in the guide.

Where to stay

Hotels, chalets, villas and other places where your dog is welcome, and what you need to know about them.

Food and coffee

Coffee places, restaurants and terraces where your dog is allowed inside.

Beaches and walks

Beaches and walking routes, and where your dog can go off-lead and where not.

Sights

What you can and cannot visit with your dog, so you never end up at a closed door.

Getting around

Whether your dog is allowed on the metro, tram, taxi and bus, and what it costs.

A vet at your destination at hand, just in case.

The checklist

Pawsport, checklist and everything for departure.

Every carrier and every country has different rules for your dog. The checklist with your trip is made for your destination and transport. These are the basics that always apply.

  • EU pet passport with a valid rabies vaccination
  • Carrier rules: car, train or plane
  • Confirmation that your dog is welcome at the accommodation
  • A vet at the destination noted down
